Day 01 – La Paz Airport
Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. (Check-in time is 2:00 PM).

After checking in, you’ll take a tour to discover this wonderful city and appreciate its rich cultural, historical, architectural, and natural heritage. You’ll visit the main square, Plaza Pedro Domingo Murillo, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the National Congress, and the Government Palace (exterior view). You’ll also visit the Precious Metals Museum (closed on Sundays) and the Killi Killi viewpoint, which offers a panoramic view of the city of La Paz and the snow-capped Illimani mountain, as well as a replica of the semi-subterranean Tiwanaku temple.
Next, you’ll be transferred to the southern part of the city to observe the change in climate and architectural styles before heading to Moon Valley (Valle de la Luna). This unique landscape, with its volcanic crater-like formations, will spark your imagination and make you feel as if you’ve landed on a small piece of the moon.
You’ll also have the opportunity to ride one of the city’s cable cars and finish the tour with a visit to the Witches’ Market, where locals buy products for ceremonies and rituals like the Ch’alla and offerings to Pachamama (Mother Earth). Afterward, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 02 – La Paz – Uyuni
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll be picked up and transferred privately to the airport to board your flight to Uyuni (without a guide). Upon arrival in Uyuni, you’ll be transferred to the local office (without a guide).
At the scheduled time, you’ll visit the Uyuni Train Cemetery, then head to the town of Colchani to see the manual salt processing, the artisan salt market, and shops selling llama and alpaca wool textiles, hats, and ponchos. You’ll also see the salt mounds, saltwater “eyes,” the Dakar Rally monument, the world flag plaza, and the first salt hotel (now a museum and restaurant), where you’ll have lunch if the weather is cold, windy, or dusty.
You’ll also visit the giant salt structures, including the Salt Staircase (also called the Stairway to Heaven), the Salt Pyramid, the Salt Clock, the Salt Hand, and the Salt Condor. A picnic lunch will be set up on the salt flats with colorful tablecloths and pillows (weather permitting).
After lunch, you’ll visit Incahuasi Island, known for its giant cacti. You’ll hike to the top of the island for a full panoramic view of the salt flats. On the way back, there will be stops for perspective photos and videos, and a sunset viewing with red wine and snacks before heading to the hotel.

Day 03 – Uyuni – Colchani
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll visit the town of Coquesa and its local attractions. You’ll be driven up to the volcano viewpoint at 4,400 meters above sea level to see the chullpas of Coquesa. If you wish, you can also climb Thunupa Volcano (OPTIONAL). You’ll then descend the volcano to see flamingos in the wetlands and take photos with the mirror effect. A picnic lunch will be served, followed by a visit to the giant salt structures before heading back to the hotel.

Day 04 – Colchani – Desert
After breakfast, you’ll pass through San Cristóbal and visit the Valley of the Rocks. You’ll stop at the Ollague Volcano viewpoint (5,865 m.a.s.l.) to observe its fumarolic activity. You’ll continue to the high-altitude lagoons, including Cañapa, Hedionda, Honda, Chiarcota, and Ramaditas, which are used by flamingos for feeding and resting during their migration. Afterward, you’ll be taken to the hotel. INCLUDES: Private 4×4 Jeep, Spanish-speaking driver, entrance fees, and lunch.
Day 05 – Desert – Hito Cajón – San Pedro de Atacama
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll visit the Siloli Desert, home to the Stone Tree, a unique rock formation sculpted by wind erosion. You’ll then visit Laguna Colorada, the gateway to the Eduardo Abaroa National Reserve, followed by the geysers, the Polques Hot Springs, and the Salvador Dalí Rocks. You’ll continue to the Licancabur Volcano viewpoint to see Laguna Verde. The last stop will be Laguna Blanca. You’ll transfer vehicles at the Hito Cajones border and then be transferred to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama (downtown hotel), without a guide.

Day 06 – San Pedro de Atacama – HD Moon Valley – Astronomical Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll visit Moon Valley in the afternoon. Located in the arid Cordillera de la Sal, this landscape of salt and clay has been shaped by water and wind over millions of years. You’ll enjoy the beauty of the mountain range’s unique formations and experience its tranquility. The tour concludes with a sunset view, offering a wonderful end to the excursion.
In the evening, you’ll take a guided astronomical tour of the Atacama Desert sky. The tour covers everything from the basics of stellar study to a telescope viewing, helping you understand the details of the southern hemisphere’s sky. The observatory’s location away from the town’s light pollution makes the experience even more stunning. The activity is divided into three 30-minute stations: Andean Cosmovision, Photography, and Star Observation. Overnight stay.

Day 07 – San Pedro de Atacama – FD High-Altitude Lagoons & Red Rocks
After breakfast, you’ll depart from the hotel at the agreed-upon time to visit the Flamingo Reserve, passing by the high-altitude lagoons and the oxidized volcanic lava of the Red Rocks. The tour includes several incredible stops and an educational experience about the local flora and fauna. Overnight stay.

Day 08 – San Pedro de Atacama – FD Salt Flats Route
After breakfast, your journey today will take you above 4,300 m.a.s.l. The vast landscape provides a unique geological context to observe volcanoes, wildlife, and salt flats.
The first stop will be in front of the Licancabur Volcano, where you’ll have breakfast. Continuing along the same route, you’ll stop at the Quepiaco wetland, where you can spot birds and typical local fauna. The next stop will be at the Pacana Monks, where you can see various rock formations created by volcanic activity. Afterward, you’ll head to the furthest point, the Quisquiro Salt Flat, to learn about the formation of this salt deposit. Finally, depending on weather conditions, lunch will be offered in front of the Aguas Calientes II Salt Flat. If the wind doesn’t permit, a calmer location will be found for lunch. Overnight stay.

Day 09 – San Pedro de Atacama – FD Tatio Geysers – Santiago
Your journey to the high-altitude plains begins in the early morning to reach one of the most important geothermal fields in the world, the Tatio Geysers. Surrounded by steam and water emanations, you’ll enjoy the beauty of the Andes. A replenishing breakfast will be served with this natural backdrop. On the way back to San Pedro de Atacama, you’ll enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the native flora and fauna. The tour’s final stop is the town of Machuca, a former llama herding village. Today, this town of adobe, straw, and cactus wood houses is dedicated to tourism, offering local products like Andean crafts, llama meat, sopaipillas, and empanadas.
At the scheduled time, you’ll be transferred to the Calama airport for your flight to Santiago. Overnight stay.

Day 10 – Santiago – HD Panoramic City Tour – HD Viña Concha y Toro
After breakfast, you’ll take a half-day panoramic city tour of Santiago’s main attractions, where its rich history contrasts with its modern and impressive buildings. La Moneda Palace, the Plaza de Armas, the Central Market, and Santa Lucía Hill are all part of this unforgettable trip. Along the way, you’ll stop at a lapis lazuli shop to admire and/or purchase beautiful jewelry and unique crafts.
In the afternoon, you’ll visit Viña Concha y Toro. This tour includes a visit to the Casillero del Diablo winery, where the wine’s legend began, and the beautiful late 19th-century gardens of the old Concha y Toro family summer residence. You’ll also see the picturesque variety garden with 24 wine grape strains, visit the Pirque Viejo vineyard, and enjoy the impressive panoramic view of the Maipo Valley. The Traditional Tour includes a tasting of three wines and a complimentary glass. Overnight stay.
Day 11 – Santiago – FD Viña del Mar & Valparaíso
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll take a full-day visit to Viña del Mar and Valparaíso (lunch not included).Valparaíso, Chile’s main port, is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site recognized for its architecture and a network of alleyways, passages, and stairs climbing up the hills. Viña del Mar, the most visited tourist resort in Chile, is also known as the “Garden City” for its green areas, wide pedestrian walkways, and beautiful plazas and flower gardens. You’ll visit its main attractions, including the Flower Clock, the Fonck Museum, the Quinta Vergara, and Los Cañones Beach. Both cities are the gateway to the impressive Pacific Ocean. Overnight stay.
Day 12 – Santiago – Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll be transferred to the Santiago airport at the scheduled time.
